Lots of Birthday celebrations this week! Cute Lauren turned one, she's all big! 

We had a Friday off of school so we all headed to Alta for a nice blue bird ski day! We had a fabulous day! The kids are really getting good, and doing great at skiing! 

I hosted a great brunch with lots of friends and ladies in our neighborhood for "Galentine's Day" we had a blast!

He had a great day and we went straight to the DMV to get his driver's license after school!
We have a son old enough to drive!!!!
We had a busy fun Valentine's day! I was helping with Lizzie's class party, which was good. Isaac has been playing a lot of basketball and he is really improving. 

DMV pictures and then he drove us to ChikFilA for a snack. He really wouldn't give a decent smile or a good look. 

The night of his birthday he had a bunch of friends over for dinner and then about 20 more friends showed up for music, games and food. It was a wild night, and fun, but so tiring!
We love Taylor and are so excited that he is 16!!

Emily had a Volleyball Tournament Saturday all day long! She played really well, and had fun! She's really enjoying this club team, and is making new friends too.

Grandma & Grandpa Deppe are coming home from their mission to Guam this weekend. We had missed them so much! We're excited to hear all about their adventures from their mission.

Lizzie had her Tanner Dance performance at School last week. She was happy to do her dancing at school and at CDT, its as great! We did a little shopping for TV's and furniture are RC Willey one night. 

Lizzie had a big birthday party at the SLC Tennis Club with all of her friends!  It was tons of fun and everyone had a blast! They had a giant obstacle course set up, lots of games, they played basketball, had cake & ice cream, etc... She was very happy with her party and it all went well! 

Then on her real birthday we had another day of celebrations!
Cinnamon rolls for breakfast, fun at school, spaghetti & meatballs, with ice cream sundaes for dessert, and then presents!  It was a fun, memorable day with Lizzie and we love her so much! I can't believe she is 8 already! 

Last weekend we had fun with Jack & Lucy. They came to hang out at our house for the day and and it was terrific! They are so cute and fun! 

Taylor had a court of honor this week. He earned a lot of merit badges and is doing great at his scouts! 

These guys are all older than Taylor and have been great examples to him for the past few years. Lots of campouts, hikes, swimming, fishing rafting etc.. while they've done their scout trips.  Dallas earned his Eagle and will be leaving on his mission n Wednesday to France.

We went to Brett & Teresa's house to watch the Super Bowl last Sunday.

Wednesday Morning we woke up to 13 inches of snow and NO SCHOOL!! They had a snow day, the first one in over 20 years!  It was awesome!  We played in the snow and and had fun all day long!  The kids were in Heaven!

A great Ski day at Alta! 

 A beautiful sunset at East Canyon Reservoir, and it was a spectacular sunset!!! Taylor and I went on a nice drive up the canyon to see this! 

This weekend the three younger kids went to Colton and Megan's house for a sleepover while we went downtown for a night away! We all had a lot of fun! We stayed at Hotel Monaco, ate at "Market Street Grill" and slept in !  Lots of great things that we love!
Lizzie loves to play games, and selfies on my phone. She had a lot of fun on the virtual simulator too!  

One night this week I took Emily and her friends to the Mall to hang out! They ate dinner, did a virtual reality simulator and had a lot of fun! We went back to see the sunset at East Canyon again last sunday. 

On Martin Luther King Day it Snowed almost 12 inches at our house. The kids had no school so we went sledding at Sugarhouse Park! It was tons of fun! The snow was terrific!

G & G Shields will be home from Toronto in 5 months.

Taylor is 3 weeks away from getting his drivers license  and we bought a 3rd car that he can drive occasionally! It was an exciting week! 

Lizzie is almost 8! She fell on Colton's tramp and got a scrape on her nose. We sure love her !!!!
