Emily earned herself a new 'Tu Tu" this week by having good behavior. She is in love with all dance related clothing right now, and so this was a good incentive. She had fun choosing what kind of Tulle she wanted at the fabric store and chose pink, of course.
This will be her "everyday" skirt for a the next few months or so, maybe I should just convince her to be ballerina for Halloween. She is so funny and annoyingly stubborn about what she will wear. I wonder if she will be like this her whole childhood, knowing her she will be! It is punishment to get her to wear normal pants and a t-shirt, with shoes that don't
"click". She definately did NOT get that from me!

We had a nice, mellow weekend. It was rainy and cold, so it was nice to relax at home and watch conference.
We also celebrated Rebekah's 1st Birthday over the weekend. She was the perfect b-day girl, eating all her cake and making a mess but not too messy. She is so cute and my kids love having a cousin nearby.
Mono made this delicious Chocolate, Brownie Trifle, which was amazingly delicious as well as cupcakes for the kids.
Uncle Derek was in town and it was great to see him. Taylor and Emily had tons of fun bugging him and following him around. Isaac even warmed up to him by the end of the trip. For some reason, all my kids are nervous around Derek when they are little. Then when they get older they adore him and love to torture him.

Emily is so cute! That trifle looks (and sounds) so good. It is good to see Derek. How fun for you all to be together.
Emily is the perfect "girl" and she must get it somewhere from Danny's side... not from the side I'm on:)! That trifle looks delicious.
