We had a great week, with lots going on.

I did some shopping and finished a baby blanket that I started 13 years ago!  I finally finished it and will gift it to baby Bowen this week at his baby shower! I went to parent day at tanner Dance with Lizzie! She loves her dance time!
Isaac likes taking selfies on my phone and Emily had her Dr. Appt to her immunizations for 7th grade!  

Thursday night we had baby bowen's baby shower! We had it at Brett and Teresa's house in Draper! It was tons of fun and Natalie had friends and family come to celebrate her and baby Bowen! 

Friday the kids had no school- we met some friends in bountiful at a cool new park! Emily woke up early and went to the temple with her friend Avery!
Lizzie had soccer on Saturday with slushees with her friends.
We loaded up a load in the truck for the DUMP, and then did lots of yard work etc...
We went to a wedding reception Saturday night, with amazing flowers!
And love taking pics of these fabulous blossoms outside of our church!

These pics are not in order, but it was a successful week! And we love with warm spring weather! 

We had a good week. Lots going on and lots of fun! We like to go to Sweetaly for Gelato on Mondays for our FHE treat! It snowed a lot this week, and we were sad, but it is pretty. Emily is doing great on her Volleyball skills, she's best at passing! Lizzie is excelling in her gymnastic class! She's so cute and really excited about it all!
Taylor is a big boy sititng in this giant chair in Beaver Utah! 

The YW in our ward had fun activity, doing service for a few families in our ward. They planted these Gorgeous flowers in these cute pots! Dad or Grandpa Shields had his 66th Birthday this week!
And we had SO much fun with cute jane when we had her over for dinner one night this week. 

Danny and taylor had a lot of fun at Lake Powell on a fishing trip! They caught lots of fish, saw the beautiful scenery and had a blast with Mike and Chris Gorny! Lake Powell is one of our favorite places to go! 

While the big boys were gone we had lots of fun at home with the other kids! We headed down to the capital to see the amazing blossoms! We had fun looking around the capital and taking pics etc... Then we headed to the mall for a bit of shopping and dinner! 

Weekends are our favorite!!!

We've been staying bust with regular life stuff.
Lizzie started gymnastics and is really improving and loving her class!
Spring is coming !
We decided to sell bird back to the bird store, she was too loud, messy and she hated everyone in the family except Taylor.

Taylor has been driving a bit and doing great!
baby Lauren had her baby blessing last Sunday. She is so sweet! We all adore her!

Emily cut 6 inches off her hair, taylor does tricks with balloons, we had a service project at church for mutual, emily eats in bed and Marc & Natalie had their baby 4 weeks early,
Baby Dean Jeffrey Shields. He is so sweet! 

On Friday morning Danny and I head to newport Beach CA for Kerrie and Shaun's wedding! It was a perfect, beautiful weekend full of sunshine and fun! 

We had fun exploring by the ocean, tide pooling, and seeing the water, beatiful coastline! We both love the ocean SO much! 

Our kids headed to G & G Wall's house for the weekend, they spoiled them rotten and they had a blast!

Friday evening we went out on some Duffy boats and watched the sunset, while eating dinner. Danny was the captain on our boat, and it was terrific! It was such a warm, beautiful night with friends. 

Saturday morning we headed to the Newport Beach temple for Kerrie's wedding. It was a happy, fun, amazing wedding day for her! The scenery there is incredibe! 

We went to Dana Point for the wedding party, such amazing views and a fabulous party with lots of friend and good food! We had a wonderful time and we're so excited for Kerrie and her new life! 

Now back to real life! 

Busy weeks are what we've had lately. We had some with fun cousins, a date to the temple, Taylor had an assignment to take pics around our neighborhood, Emily LOVES broccoli, and Lizzie's notes are so adorable. 

Isaac had the pine wood derby in cubs, his car won 1st place!! Go Isaac! He was excited and happy to do well. It's a fun night. 

Lizzie started gymnastics, we went to our neighborhood Easter Egg hunt, lots of lego fun, and Taylor continues to ski several times a  week! G & G Shields have been in Toronto for 20 months now! 

We had an early Easter Dinner at Brett's house last Sunday. Dinner, cousins, and a fun egg hunt! 

This week was our Spring Break!
We had friends playdates, Taylor took his test to get his Drivers license permit, and the kids made a massive fort in the basement. 

We went swimming with friends one day and then went to Seaquest in Layton! It was a fun day! 

Friday night we went to Heber and stayed in a hotel, it was so nice and relaxing.
Saturday morning we headed to Deer Creek to do some fishing! We had successful fishing day and caught lots of fish! It was a gorgeous day on the lake 

We came home from fishing and dyed eggs, for Easter!
Then later Danny and I went to see Derek in his concert for his bank Dankrupt! It was a great night! 

Easter was on Conference this time. So we relaxed at home and watched General Conference! It was fabulous!!!

We had have had a great few weeks, busy, fun, and good times.
Emily was in a great volleyball tournament and her team did fabulous!
Taylor has had a good class at school, and they made fruit pizza. Danny and I had a fun work event at Grand America and it was a great night! We still get a lot of snow even though its almost spring. 

We had a great St. Patrick's Day this weekend. Lizzie was SO excited about the leprachauns. She made a cool trap at school and was so determined to catch a real leprechaun! They came and left gold coins all over the house, left lucky charms cereal, dyed the toilet water green and milk green too. She was SUPER happy in the morning. We had a fun day! 

We had a fun couple of days celebrating Isaac! He turned 10 last week and he's all grown up!
I took a few of his friends to the Nickel Arcade and then to the Habit for burgers.  It was a fun afternoon - Danny holding his assistant's baby. such a cute boy!
Our Stake is doing a pioneer Trek this summer, and the kids had a square dancing activity. They had to dance together and it was a fun night. 

We had a giant snow storm and there were tons of snow! Isaac had an awesome birthday celebration! We had waffles for breakfast, had a yummy lunch out and then he wanted BBQ baby back ribs, and potatoes with asparagus for dinner. It was the best day for him!
Isaac won the movie passes at the orthodontist from a guessing game, he was thrilled! 

I had a nice relaxing weekend with some friends to Arizona for a few days!  It was fun, relaxing, and warm! Great time to catch up with friends. relax and recharge with some time by myself.

I was lucky enough to spend some time with Monica's girls Jane and Hannah last week. Monica was resting after having her baby and its as so fun! Jane is a cute, energetic smart little girl!

We had some fun with cousins, we had New beginnings at YW at church, snow days with cousins, and we had a bday weekend for Lizzie's 7th bday! 

Friday after school I took Lizzie to the mall to get her ears pierced! She was SO excited and could not wait to go!  She was very brave and didn't cry at all. I love how awesome she is! 

She picked out her new earrings and was thrilled with it all! We had fun weekend full of snow and lots of fun! 

Sunday was her really Bday, we went to church, and then had a big birthday dinner for her 7th bday! She wanted fake glasses,  squishes, her ears pierced for her bday! She was so excited about all of it! She wanted spaghetti, salad and bread for dinner with an ice cream cake for dessert. 

Happy Birthday adorable Lizzie! We love you so much!  We are so happy you are part of our family!
