We had Lizzie's birthday this week! We packed in a lot of bday celebrations.
She wanted an animal party so we had the Reptile lady, Kim come again and it was SO fun! She had friends from kindergarten, neighborhood, and preschool friends come to her party. It was a group of about 20 kids, and they were really well behaved and perfect. 

They spotlighted her in primary, and she said her
favorite color- Hot pink
food- spaghetti, and salad
animal- snow leopard
hobbies- biking, skiing, soccer, art
Lizzie gives the BEST hugs and kisses and we adore everything about her! 

All the kids loved the animals and had a blast holding them, and some were really brave. 

We had a wonderful birthday weekend celebrating our favorite 6 year old- Lizzie Lu Lu!

We had a wonderful Valentines week. We celebrated Taylor's 14th birthday with a big family dinner- baby back rib's, potatoes, vegetables, salad, rolls, and dessert.

The elementary school kids each made valentine boxes and had a big Valentine party at their classrooms. I helped in isaac's classroom. He has a good group of friends in his class, and he's having a great year in third grade.

This week was full of lots of fun, and good memories. We love you Taylor, happy birthday!

We had a big surprise birthday party for Taylor this weekend! He is having his gold birthday on Valentines day. I invited some friends and people over and we ended up having over 50 kids to the party!
I had food for the kids, we played games, and then we had a reptile company come and show all the reptiles to the kids. We had a great night and it was lot of fun! 

We love Taylor!! He is a such a smart, talented, athletic, capable, fun teenager. He's a lot of fun to be around and we are SO grateful he's in our family.

Lizzie had a small dance performance for parents, she loves ballet, and is doing so great! We had a playgroup here this week and we went on a hike down in Wasatch Hollow. She is always dancing, doing cartwheels etc.. I love her energy!

Isaac is finishing his basketball season. He's been doing really great! He also had an awesome oral report about Italy last week. he made a whole power point presentation and he did an awesome job! 

It was a fun weekend full of lots of fun and pretty exhausting too! 

It's been a busy few weeks.  Things have been a little wild and crazy, but we're back to normal now.

Last Saturday we were skiing at Alta, and taylor was on a scout weekend ski trip at Brighton. He had a bad skiing accident in the morning and suffered a concussion. It was a scary, stressful day, and we were so worried about him! He spent several hours at the ER and ended up being ok, but has memory loss and needs to be very careful for a while. No physical activity, screens, reading etc... It was a hard week and hard for Taylor, but we survived. He stayed home from school for most of the week, and we spent most of the week together; back rubs, naps, food, puzzles, milkshakes, simple games etc..
We are so grateful his injury wasn't any worse and that he is feeling much better now. 

Lizzie lost 2 teeth in one month. She gets so excited when she looses a tooth! She is darling and at such a fun stage! I love her smile and how excited she gets when she gets $1 from the tooth fairy. 

We worked on Valentines day boxes and cards. They were happy with their little boxes and getting cards for their friends and classmates. 

Emily made this darling guitar Vday box, it turned out so great!
